Hydroponic Micro-Greens

A trend in growing tiny vegetables and greens, is paying off big time for some hydroponic gardeners. getting as much as $30/pound, these tiny plants are harvested before they reach an inch high, and are highly sought after by gourmet chefs. The plants are tender, high in nutrition, and have a stronger taste than that of their fully grown counterparts.

They also have an increased number of antioxidants, and some doctors have begun selling the herbs in their clinics.
