Hydrogen tablets, which dissolve in water to create hydrogen-infused water, are a relatively newer supplement category, and the honest answer is that the research supporting their use is still quite limited and not yet conclusive enough for FRN to recommend a specific brand or product.

While there are some early and preliminary studies suggesting potential antioxidant effects from molecular hydrogen, the evidence is not yet strong enough to make confident recommendations, and the supplement market in this space is largely unregulated. That means product quality, actual hydrogen concentration, and purity can vary widely between brands.

Hi Pat – I’m just now reading these comments and wanted to let you know I TOTALLY have the weird feeling in my fillings with the tablets!!! I’m glad to know I’m not alone. 🙂 We just got the Echo Flask and I have not had that problem at all. It just tastes like normal water!

Walking fast everyday increases lung capacity. I do my walking every morning. Increased lung capacity I heard protects against diseases.
