There is raw milk but where does it come from?
Your typical commercial dairy where the. Cows are innoculared with antibiotics and fed un natural ingredients to promote milk production etc

Or raw milk from cows raised in pastures grass fed not given hormones nor antibiotics

I think the “science” would tell two different stories

My husband grew up on a small family dairy farm and growing up i had raw milk from my grandfather’s small dairy. I sought raw dairy now to make my own cultures: Gasserrii, Reuterii, Kefir and yogurt. I was surprised there was no mention of the difference between A2 milk and what is more available . I understand it is more easily digested .

Hello LJ! Thanks so much for your thoughtful questions.

To your first question: organic corn is not considered GMO. If a product is certified organic in the United States, it must be non-GMO at all stages of production.

On your question about broccoli — yes, it is technically “man-made” in the sense that it was developed through selective breeding from a wild cabbage plant, not through genetic engineering. This type of breeding is natural and has been used for centuries, and broccoli remains a highly nutritious and safe food to consume.

Regarding tofu: tofu itself isn’t genetically modified, but it’s made from soybeans, and many conventional soybeans in the U.S. are GMO. So, unless the tofu is labeled as organic or non-GMO, it may come from genetically modified soy. Choosing organic or non-GMO tofu is the best way to avoid GMOs.

Thank you for all the value you
give. I have a few questions concerning
vegetables. Is organic corn still considered GMO? And is broccoli
man made and if so should we be consuming it.
And lastly is tofu GMO? Again thank
you for all the value information that you
present to the world. And I”m glad to be apart of the Food Revolution Network. As far as you the cooking videos? Where would they be located on you site? Thank you.
LJ

I used to take Nestle’s Quik to school every day as a kid to dump it in my milk carton!
