I have made versions of those and will definitely try the ideas suggested!

I eat almost the same thing every morning but use 4 oz A2 Kefir with a pinch of powdered Stevia extract and a few drops of vanilla extract, .5 oz mixed seeds (chia, ground flax and hulled hemp), 4 oz blueberries , and .5 oz oz of raw chopped walnuts and pecans. Not as high in protein as Ocean’s, so I give my carnivore side 2 links (39g) of Jones’ chicken sausage made with no phosphate additives and a slice of Ezekiel toast drizzled with olive oil. It’s my biggest meal of the day and keeps me running for a long time.
I also have my organic coffee pour over in the early morning sun about an hour after I wake up and put breakfast off for at least an hour after that to make the most of those coffee polyphenols 😊

I adore your work!
Thank you.
I can’t help but think that smoothies break down the food too much and that our digestive systems should be doing the work. Don’t we need to masticate for optimum results? Cave people didn’t have blenders! Thoughts, please. 🙏

I like to eat between 6-6:30 so I can exercise at 7. But…… I am hungry at 10.

The recipe is 2 Cups soy milk, 2 tbs peanut butter, 2 tbs hemp hearts, a frozen banana, 1/2 fruits or berries, 1/2 – 1 tsp vanilla extract. If he wants to add a little something, he mentioned cocoa powder and spices to jazz it up. I hope this helps.~Sky, Food Revolution Network Impact Team.

It’s amazing how a wholesome breakfast sets the tone for the entire day. In India, many families still start their mornings with simple, nourishing meals made from naturally grown ingredients like millets, ghee, and native seeds.

For anyone curious about traditional Indian staples and how naturally grown, chemical-free foods support a balanced lifestyle, https://greenposhan.com/ might be worth exploring. Love how this movement is growing globally!
