I don’t eat dinner until past 8pm because that is when I get home but after teaching classes all day, I need a handful of nuts, an apple or an oikos triple zero yogurt. This reduction in frequent eating is to control blood sugar.

I will include some of the recipes in my toolbox! I eat pretty healthy overall and have a strict gluten free diet. In addition I am dairy free for the most part. I lost significant weight due to health issues and find it hard to keep or gain weight. I still eat animal protein and supplement with protein smoothies per dr advice. I have 3-4 meals a day when at home and I snack more when out and about. I love nut spreads on GF toast with berries on top. One other favorite is avo toast with 7 seeds and lemon juice. For a sweet treat, I enjoy yogurt with fruits and cereals. I also snack on lots of dark chocolate! I need all the healthy fat I can get! Thanks Ocean and team!

Spicy, veggie bean soup quells cravings! But after dinner, popcorn is part of my wind-down routine, followed by homemade spiced applesauce with no sugar. Gut seems happy with that.

I have also heard that peanuts are the worst followed by cashews?
